Tony presents some nutritionally sustainable breakfast ideas from his new book 'The Complete Book of Vegan Cooking' that will help you make through until lunchtime.
Sausage Sandwich
There's so much more that can be done with the many different varieties of veggie sausages than just daubing them in HP Sauce and thrusting them between the sheets of 2 slices of bread. Tony makes some lunchtime suggestions from his new book with some new twists for fun with soysages

Jane Easton from The V V F
Jane is the food & cookery co-ordinator of Viva! and VVF. A self-taught cook, she has been vegetarian for 15 years and vegan for seven. Jane has developed delicious vegan recipes for many of our publications from Have a Heart and How to be Dairy-Free to the V-Plan Diet, as well as for the VVF’s Vegetarian Recipe Club (see www.vegetarian.org.uk) and Viva!’s web site (see www.viva.org.uk/recipes). She gives popular cookery demos around the UK and regularly contributes to radio and the Press.
