Stalls are now available to independent businesses, charities and organisations, as well as caterers. Please see stalls – price information for prices.

Please note – all produce sold at the BVF must be vegan!!

Please note too - only one company/organisation per stall please - no stall sharing is officially permitted at the BVF please.

To book a stall, please fill in and submit our online booking form here. Once received we will process your form and return a hard copy to you along with your invoice – please check your booking is correct, read the terms and conditions, sign the booking form and return along with minimum 50% deposit to Yaoh PO Box 333 Bristol BS99 1NF

We are encouraging all our stallholders to do a really impressive 'show special' which will then be listed on the website and also in the 'Show Specials' programme. This is to encourage more people to come and shop at the show! Please describe your show special here - max 20 words.

Show Special – Trade

Tombola, Lucky Dip and BOGOF Stalls

We have several other opportunities available for marketing your products and services, including a Tombola stand where more elaborate prizes can be displayed all day, a 'Lucky Dip' which is ideal for smaller items, and a BOGOF stall.
